Life coaching
Coaching is to support and help you in order to create and live the life you really want. It is a powerful tool that helps you to transform the things in your life you would like to change to the better. Life coaching could be for you if you are experiencing one or several of the following situations:
• You have doubts about education, career, relationship and alike
• You are tired, stressed out and has difficulties with prioritizing yourself
• You have challenges at work (with your boss, colleague or assigments)
• You are experiencing frictions in your intimate partnership or close relationships
• You are tired of being single and would like to have a boyfriend/girlfriend
• You are lacking motivation and focus for a specific project
• You have ideas of what you want but lacking courage
• You feel you are wrong and unloved, maybe lonely too
• You are tired of sabotaging yourself at work or in your relationships
• You are discontent with several areas of your life and need a makeover
Taking just one step towards investigating what's not working and what you want is the start of a positive transformation process. With me as a coach you will get a professional and equal partner, who will guide you and support you in your process in a loving and honest way. As a coach I look at your problem objectively and will ask you questions that you may not have thought about, which are to open the door for new insights and possibilities, so that you will get quicker results than you would on your own.
We start from what is important to you and what you would like to work on. I work with you based on your needs and what is currently occupying you to help you obtain an overview of your life and focus on what you want. You will get a new perspective and look towards new possibilities. You will get specific tools for your process. Du will obtain a new consciousness, new insights and new healthy habits that will have a positive effect on your life and future.
In a course of coaching sessions you will obtain useful tools to get control of different areas of your life, such as:
• Clarification of what you are longing for and dreaming of
• Finding your direction and acting upon what you want in your life

You will be able to use the insights and techniques you learn in the sessions throughout your life.
Coaching sessions are available in person (in Copenhagen, Denmark) and on Skype. The length of the course depends on what you would like to work on but a course is typically of 5-10 sessions with one session per week or every other week. First session is of 90 minutes and the following sessions are of 60 minutes.
